PERAN MEDIASI MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DAN REGULASI DIRI TERHADAP RESILIENSI AKADEMIK MAHASISWA
Abstract
Penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena tingginya tekanan akademik yang dihadapi mahasiswa generasi Z, mulai dari tuntutan perkuliahan hingga penyelesaian tugas akhir. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis peran dukungan sosial dan regulasi diri dalam membentuk resiliensi akademik mahasiswa dengan menempatkan mtivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya angkatan 2022 dan 2023. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner skala likert. Analisis data menerapkan SEM-PLS dengan WrapPLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial, regulaso diri, dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi akademik. Selain itu, motivasi belajar terbukti berperan efektif sebagai variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan dukungan sosial dan regulasi diri dengan tingkat resiliensi akademik mahasiswa
