PENGARUH CO-CREATION TERHADAP INNOVATION PERFORMANCE YANG DIMEDIASI PRODUCT INNOVATION

Abstract

Co-creation pada dasarnya banyak menguntungan organisasi, selain itu juga mempengaruhi  peningkatan kinerja inovasi. Beberapa temuan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa co-creation mempengaruhi kinerja inovasi secara positif, sedangkan temuan lain menunjukkan efek negatif. Bukti empiris yang kontradiktif ini, dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji variabel mediasi innovation product dapat memastikan bahwa co-creation mempengaruhi peningkatan performance innovation. Studi ini mengacu pada sampel industry kuliner yang dianalisis menggunakan satu set model regresi kuadrat-terkecil biasa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa co creation secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap performance innovation. Selain itu, co creation secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap performance innovation, atau dimediasi product innovation.
