PENGARUH SISTEM PENGENDALIAN MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KINERJA DALAM STRATEGIC SUPPLY RELATIONSHIP DENGAN KERJASAMA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Empiris Pada Apotek Di Kota Ambon)

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect on the performance
of management control systems in strategic supply relationship with
the co-operation as an intervening variable in a pharmacy in the city
of Ambon. These results indicate that the Performance Measurement
System a significant effect on performance in the Strategic Supply
Relationship (SSRs). Furthermore, significant effect on the
Socialization Process Performance In Strategic Supply Relationship
(SSRs). Similarly Performance Measurement System significantly
influence Cooperation. Then the process of socialization significant
effect on cooperation. Cooperation significant effect on performance
in the Strategic Supply Relationship (SSRs). The performance
measurement system did not significantly affect the performance
SSRs through cooperation as an intervening variable. Similarly, the
process of socialization significant effect on the performance SSRs
through cooperation as an intervening variable.
