Analisa Pengaruh Motivasi, Inisiatif, Kompensasi, Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Rendahnya Kinerja Tenaga Pemasar PT Bank Brisyariah Tbk Kantor Cabang Surabaya Diponegoro
Abstract
Abstract: The intense competition in the banking industry in
Indonesia is currently marked by the development of a large
number of state-owned and private banks, conventional and
sharia, demanding that PT Bank BRISyariah Tbk be able to
compete with other banks in order to survive and
develop.Banking in general has made improvements in more
diverse product and service innovations for consumers. In
this case the support of marketers is very important
considering that marketers are the frontline service in the
banking industry and are also the spearhead of the
company's success in achieving targeted market
share.However, for the improvement efforts made by PT
Bank BRISyariah Tbk, the Diponegoro Surabaya Branch
Office (KC) is inversely proportional to the achievement of
the PT Bank BRISyariah Tbk financing target of the
Diponegoro Surabaya Branch Office (KC) which showed
unsatisfactory results. The percentage of achievement of the
financing target is far from what is stipulated in the Bank
Business Plan every year. The decrease in the percentage of
this target was accompanied by a decline in customer growth
in terms of the amount and volume of financing.This study
uses a quantitative approach, and uses causal analysis which
aims to determine the magnitude of the effect or effect of
independent variables on changes that occur in the
dependent variable. Data collection methods used through
preliminary surveys, questionnaires and literature. The
population in this study were all marketers who numbered 38
from 1 Diponegoro Branch Office (KC) and 6 Sub-Branch
Offices. And the population for the performance variable is
the direct leader of each marketer, which consists of 2
branch managers and 6 branch managers. The results of this

study indicate that there is a positive and significant
influence between motivation on performance; initiative on
performance; compensation for performance; education &
training on performance.
