Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Insensif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Bank Danamon Madiun
Abstract
Training and intentive have large effect to employee
performance therefore, in this research analysis the effect of the
two variable to the employee performance. This research aims is to
know the effect of training and incentive to employee
performance.This research use 56 employee at PT Bank Danamon
Madiun, the data are collected by quwitionaire and self-completed
by respondend. From the data, it analized by regression multiple
analysis to know the effect off each variable that has dominant
effect.The research result show the both training and incentive
have positive and significant effect to employee make. From the
two variable, training variable has dominant effect to employee
performance. It is because training is given rightly, therefore. It
can increase employee performance at PT Bank Danamon
Madiun.From the research there are two implication. First, for PT
Bank Danamon Madiun, in order to increase the employee
performance of PT Bank Danamon Madiun must use the training
and incentive rightly, especially training variable that has
dominant effect to employee performance. Second, for research
that interested to advance the research could develop the research
to wider object to increase generalization of this research finding.
