Competitive Advantage Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) dalam menentukan Corporate Strategy Industri Semen Study pada PT. X di Indonesia
Abstract: Competition in the cement industry in Indonesia is increasingly
competitive with the entry of foreign cement companies, especially from
China. To be able to compete with CEOs of companies in the cement
industry, innovations include evaluation of the EPC industry for Cement
Manufacturing and sector holding strategies in expanding profits from
product differentiation. PT. Conducting competitive advantage evaluation to
support target profit from business differentiation strategy using SWOT
analysis and pairwise comparison between evaluation factors to get priority
among them using eigenvalue calculation to determine competitive strategy.
